Privacy Policy

The controller of personal data is Prism Hooldus OÜ (reg. code 16894703, Läänemere tee 62, 13914 Tallinn). For data protection matters: info@abikuller.ee.

At registration: name, e-mail, phone number, language preference. Service providers additionally: vehicle data and uploaded documents (e.g. driving licence). To fulfil orders: location (pickup and drop-off), order description. Technical data: device and usage data, IP address, cookies. We do not collect transaction amounts, as payments take place directly between users.

We process data to: let users find each other and use the platform (performance of a contract); send notifications and ensure safety (legitimate interest); meet legal obligations (legal obligation); use analytics and marketing cookies (consent). Each processing has a basis under Article 6 GDPR.

AbiKuller does not sell personal data. Data is shared: (a) between the parties to a deal to the extent necessary for the agreement (e.g. the client sees the courier’s name and location and vice versa); (b) with processors who provide services to us (hosting, e-mail, the payment solution for the membership fee). Processors are bound by confidentiality and GDPR requirements.

We keep account data while the account is active. After an account is closed we keep data for the period required by law (e.g. accounting and tax requirements), after which it is deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to: access your data; request its correction or erasure; restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a portable form; withdraw a given consent. To exercise your rights write to info@abikuller.ee. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

We aim to keep data within the European Economic Area. If a processor is located outside the EEA, transfer takes place only under the safeguards required by GDPR.
