Delete your account

The AbiKuller app (AbiKuller Delivery on the App Store) and this website are run by Prism Hooldus OÜ, registry code 16894703. Here you can permanently delete your account and its data. You do not need to sign in, and you do not need to install the app again.

Delete your account here on the web

Enter the e-mail address or phone number the account was created with. We send a confirmation link — the account is only deleted once you open the link.

The link is valid for 60 minutes and works once. We ask for confirmation so that nobody else can delete your account.

Or delete it in the app

Open AbiKuller → Profile → Account → Delete account and confirm with your e-mail address or phone number. The result is exactly the same as here.

Before you delete

  • Open orders (accepted or in progress) have to be finished or cancelled first. If there are any, we say so and leave the account alone.
  • A courier membership subscription is cancelled automatically as part of the deletion — there is nothing to do separately. The period already paid for is not refunded.
  • A client account and a courier account are two separate accounts, even on the same e-mail address. The letter carries a separate link for each.

What gets deleted

  • the account itself: name, e-mail, phone, password and language
  • all of your orders together with addresses, descriptions and photos
  • chats, bids and the ratings you gave
  • uploaded documents (driving licence, vehicle details) and profile photo
  • saved addresses, notifications and the device push tokens
  • referral code, bonus history and your correspondence with support

What stays, and for how long

  • Issued invoices are kept for seven years under §12 of the Estonian Accounting Act. The link to your account is removed from them.
  • Orders where you were the courier stay with the client who placed them — without your name, phone and hand-over photos.
  • One audit line about the deletion remains: date, role and a salted hash. There is no name, e-mail or phone number in it.

Delete only part of your data and keep the account

You do not have to delete the account. Saved addresses you remove yourself in the app (Saved addresses → delete button next to the address), notifications the same way in the notification list. For anything else — an uploaded document, the profile photo, an old order, a chat or a rating — write to info@abikuller.ee from the address the account was made with and say what to delete. We answer within 30 days and delete everything except what the law requires us to keep (invoices and accounting source documents — 7 years, Accounting Act §12).

If something does not work

Write to info@abikuller.ee or call +372 354 8514. We delete accounts on request by hand too — the app is not needed for that.
