Before you order

What to put in an express courier order

When a delivery is needed as soon as possible or later today, you save time by giving the courier every detail up front.

  • Right now or by a set hour — State whether pickup is needed immediately or by a fixed time today, late in the evening or on the weekend.
  • Phone numbers at both ends — Direct contacts for sender and recipient so the courier can call on arrival instead of waiting at the gate or intercom.
  • What is being carried — Forgotten keys, an envelope, a spare part, medicine, flowers or a box — the courier knows right away which vehicle to bring.

FAQ

Questions and answers

How fast does an express courier arrive?
Every courier states in their offer when they will pick up and deliver. For an urgent job, pick the offer whose timing works for you.
Can an express courier deliver to another city?
If a courier with a car is free, they can take an urgent parcel or document from Tallinn to Tartu, Pärnu, Narva or anywhere in Estonia door to door. Put your deadline in the order and the courier states in the offer when it will arrive.
What can I send by express courier?
Parcels, forgotten keys, documents, car parts, flowers, food — anything that fits in a car or van.
Does express delivery work in the evening and on weekends?
You can post an order 24/7. In the evening and at weekends, offers come from couriers who are free at that time.
How do I find a courier's contact details?
On AbiKuller you do not need to hunt for a phone number: create an order, local couriers send offers, and you chat with the chosen courier directly in the app and see them on the map.
